Terms and Conditions for Filament Tracker

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Filament Tracker app provided by SLCMotor.

By downloading or using Filament Tracker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Filament Tracker is intended to help users organize filament inventory, track spools, log usage, and manage related data.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the app’s functionality or other users.

User Data

You are responsible for the data you enter into Filament Tracker, including filament records, spool information, notes, codes, tags, and backups.

SLCMotor is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, user actions, app removal, failed backups, or third-party storage problems.

Backups and Restores

The app may provide export, import, backup, and restore features. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if you want to preserve your data.

SLCMotor does not guarantee that backups, restores, exports, or imports will always be successful in every situation.

Permissions and Device Features

• NFC for supported tag reading and writing

If your device does not support a feature or permission is denied, some parts of the app may not function as intended.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and #fffffft in Filament Tracker, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, remain the property of SLCMotor unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by applicable law.

No Warranty

Filament Tracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

SLCMotor does not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or launcher setup.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLCMotor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Filament Tracker.

This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, backup failures, inventory tracking errors, or purchase-related issues handled by third-party services.

SLCMotor may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
